- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not always the "cheapest", but never the most expensive. Be careful of the cheap guys, as the quality, cut corners, reused materials, and no solid warranty can become a real issue for you. With 208 Roofing, we have been in business for almost a decade, and we stand behind every roof we install 1000%. We offer discounts for military vets, first responders, school teachers, and the retired!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and do a free inspection of your roof and get some high-definition photos of problem areas (if any), and share them with you. We will NEVER try to sell you a roof if it's not necessary or the time yet! If we feel like it is, we will discuss some of the material options and provide you with a free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are insurance adjusters trained (public insurance licensing education) to know if your roof qualifies for a storm claim or not. And we can help to get your roof paid for if it qualifies! Also, all of our installers are factory trained to install the roofing systems we provide, therefore ensuring you get the rock-solid warranty for your roofing system you deserve!
