- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimums can be combined with any service to meet the minimum. . For windows: I charge $5.00 per pane. A sliding glass door for example has two panes. This includes the screen and track cleaning. Screen repair is usually done on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep my phone with me at all times and try to return texts or calls within 2-4 hours. If my day is absolutely full with no breaks, I still return calls the same day. I try to remain flexible with my work schedule to meet my clients needs. I typically do work on Saturdays for no additional charge. I do not work on Sunday except for emergencies, such as floods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began and carpet and window cleaning in 2002 in California, Roseville area. I moved that business to Arizona in 2006 and continued into 2015. In 2015 we moved to Nampa, Idaho. I have just joined the Thumbtack community and look forward to working with new clients.
