It is my first time to hire Axiom to do the homeinspection. The work is quick and time is quick as well. I don't have complain about it. Very grateful. However, they sent the home report to my realtor instead of me. I had to ask my realtor for the report. I hope your guys can send the reporter to the seller directly next time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 20% off for new customers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send you a Pre-Inspection agreement to sign before booking. We require 50% down of cost for booking. We then will confirm your booking time - come out to your property, complete your inspection and send you an inspection report within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified by American Home Inspectors Institute and operate off of ASHI Standards.
