Martin was very responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule a fast troubleshooting visit. He informed me of various options for resolving the problem, as well as the condition of our roof in general. He was up-front about the costs involved and probable outcomes. He was professional, skilled, and honest. I really appreciate the effort and candor he took in solving our roofing problem. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for every job is different, depending on the complexity and what options the client is looking for. We do not strive to be the cheapest, but to give a quality job at at fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with every client, and assess the situation to provide the best solution for their project. After we have came to an agreement with the client, we communicate the steps ,and timing it is go to take to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in the construction industry. I am certified through Owens Corning, Malarkey, Tropical Coatings, and Karnak roofing products. I have held certifications through International Code Council as an inspector for varies trades. Keeping up on industry standards and new materials is always high on our list.
