Mr. Paton has been working for my company for years now. He works on everything. My desk top, my laptop, my phones. He has always done an excellent job for my company. I don't call anyone else when I have problems.

He ran the virus scan, replaced the burned out motherboard, and fixed the fans. He delivered it on a Saturday. Hooked it up and made sure it worked. I'm a happy camper!

My computer is still not functioning as it should. My computer still has viruses. I had to take it back because it still wasn't working and he expected to be paid again. Overall this was a terrible experience and I will never use this website again.

I'm so sorry you were unhappy, unfortunately I have no control of what goes on after I have fixed your laptop. I would suggest changing your browsing habits. If a tech removes infections and the customer reinfects the device then an additional charge is appropriate.
