I met the owner of MSHS (John Ashline) who I hired to build an ADU. This project had every single phase of construction involved in it, starting with installing a septic system, and tying it into the Litchfield from the original septic system along with replacing my water-main. John and his crew performed about 80% of the work on the. overall project. He had a few subs for the electrical etc.
John and his crew help me with the design all the way down to the color selection of kitchen design, granite, cabinets, hardware and lighting etc.
He even removed two trees along with their roots so we could perform the rest of the work. This saved me a tremendous amount of money over hiring an arborist or tree cutting company.
His guys usually show up early to get in as much hours as they can to make the project go smoother and faster. The following season, I called him back to build on another room to add square footage to the ADU.
I highly recommend him and his construction crew for any project you may have. He has the knowledge to tackle anything from small to very large.
