As a strength and conditioning specialist and athlete myself, I am constantly looking for the best way to reach new levels of healthy and fitness. What makes me stand out is how I am able to translate what I know to my clients in a way that makes things fun and interesting, as well as the most productive. I love what I do, honestly I see myself doing this when I am 60. I really love working with people and seeing what they are capable of, and then finding the best way to help others realize their potential.

Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, capable, very in tune to a client's needs. He has been helping me even though my back has been sore....working around it and giving me exercises specifically to help it. Great experience.

Dan is a great trainer and motivator. It 4 other people thwre and still able to focus on you. The atmosphere there is great and so are the other people there. And his dog is awesome.

I have trained with Dan Parrish for little under a year, 2-3 times a week. I have seen amazing results! What makes Dan a stand out trainer is his enthusiasm for his clients and profession, his flexible schedule, and his goal oriented training. As a person who loves to work out but is sometimes slowed down by a weak back, Dan has specifically geared my workout to improve the health of my back and core. Not only has my core and back continued to get stronger because of my personalized training but I am continuously educated on ways to stay healthy. The training facility is well stocked with sports performance equipment, weights, and the dreaded sled. Every training session I am welcomed and surrounded by other clients with goals ranging from weight loss to sport performance improvement. I would highly recommend Dan Parrish to anyone seeking to loose a few pounds, improve as a competitive athlete, or a weekend warrior.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I recently began working with a client who had weight loss goals, combined with the performance goal of playing baseball. After 4 months of training, he blew away his weight loss goal with over 30 lbs lost. He is now leaner and stronger then he has ever been, and loves playing baseball in a competitive mens league.
