- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is it's own job and many variables change. I find it best, for the customer, to look at the work to be completed before providing an estimate. It not only affords much more accurate pricing but gives us a chance to meet each other.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk/text on phone or email. Meet to review work to be completed. Give estimate. Get approval from customer. Begin work. Finish work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of home remodeling and servicing accounts.
