Introduction
I began preparing vegan and vegetarian food professionally in 2004, and since 2014 I have provided onsite, full service vegan and vegetarian catering for large scale, multi day events in southern California, Lenox, Massachusetts, Sedona and Cochise County, Arizona. I still cater meditation retreats in the spring and fall in Arizona, but I'm available for smaller scale plant based catering and vegan meal prep in the St Louis area during the summer and winter. My truly scratch kitchen showcases flavors from the Mediterranean, the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, the Pacific Rim and South America. I have a huge repertoire of tried and true vegan and vegetarian recipes and am open to new ideas as well. I can fill your fridge with delicious healthy food to make it easy for you to reach your plant based nutrition goals.

An addicted a workshop Junkie I attend probably 60-75 days per year at catered workshops. Balsamic Mercy is hands down the finest food going. It is beautifully made, wonderful to taste, presented lovingly with a smile and healthy to eat. There is an amazing variety of regional foods and Katie does an amazing job of providing for numerous eating preferences or requirements. i.e. omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, garlic free and makes it all amazing to savor and enjoy. Better than Grandma's cooking.

The variety of delicious foods needed to contend with today's varied dietary needs is no small task in and of itself... That said Balsamic Mercy Catering does a phenomenal job with foods to meet every need. One of many places that they stand above the crowd is that you can actually taste the love and care that goes into the preparation. That attention to detail, carries over to the presentation and staff interaction as well. I am always thrilled when they are providing for us. TALON

Katie and crew are the best caterers we have ever had. Not only is the food AMAZING but it is on time and the presentation is gorgeous. They do a great job in preparing healthy food for all tastes and preferences. We have a very large gathering every year, with many different dietary needs, and everyone just raves about the food. I can't recommend them enough.
