We spoke a few times said she was interested...she canceled the first appointment promising to call to reschedule...never called or showed....when I reached out stated she forgot to call me and that she decided to cancel all new jobs in June even though she canceled in May...said she would check her schedule and get back after advising of my open availability...I never heard back at all and eventually had to hire someone who is a professional, reliable business owner.Jun 17, 2020VerifiedRemove & Improve's reply
Pamela- I am Very sorry I did have an honest emergency my hood latch broke and flew up on the interstate. It was completely my fault I did not get back to you and that’s not generally how I conduct business and I am Sincerely sorry. When you sent me the reminder I responded right away and Im sorry if there was a misunderstanding in the way I responded but I meant that we had been so busy and I marked Off the rest of the month to catch up on jobs and I tried to get right back to you with my Schedule and Thumbtack wouldn’t allow me to message you because it said you had gone with a different company. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I can honestly say I do not have a set price for most of the services we provide because each home is different for example if the customer wants 1 room organized that is in shambles and 1 customer wants 1 room organized that is pretty tidy but she also wants me to rearrange the furniture add new lighting & paint it I tend to bid for the job not hourly. There are many different aspects to factor in to each job as I try to personalize them to fit the customers needs and wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All of the services we provide are unique to meet each customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In my line of work you can have all the education you would like but it’s the hands on work experiences that make you good at your job!
