- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can honestly say I do not have a set price for most of the services we provide because each home is different for example if the customer wants 1 room organized that is in shambles and 1 customer wants 1 room organized that is pretty tidy but she also wants me to rearrange the furniture add new lighting & paint it I tend to bid for the job not hourly. There are many different aspects to factor in to each job as I try to personalize them to fit the customers needs and wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of the services we provide are unique to meet each customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my line of work you can have all the education you would like but it’s the hands on work experiences that make you good at your job!
