- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 20% off for veterans and first responders. Listed prices are an average and might be lower for remote or phone service. Payment is due after the services are complete, except for custom computers where a deposit is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first contact with a client we go over what symptoms are present, what would have to be done to remedy the situation, whether this is something that could be done on-site or would have to be taken to our office, and a rough price estimate. If I discover other issues I let the client know before taking any action. After the job is done I go over everything with the client and have them test drive the computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a CompTIA A+ computer repair certification, and am working on getting Security+ and Network+ certified as well.
