I have nothing but great things to say about the Handy Team. This play set was going to take so long for myself and spouse to assemble and they were quick to respond.

There was a scheduling issues that was 100% my fault - we didn’t have all the boxes - so I had to reschedule. They were very understanding. Boxes arrived an hour later and we were able to get it rescheduled for next week. Fortunately, their afternoon freed up and they came over to assemble the play set for us.

They were able to assemble the bulk of it and place some of the accessory pieces. We sent them on their way because it was approaching 7 pm and thought they would enjoy dinner more than working.

So grateful for their hard work, communications and skills.

They were very prompt, got the job done swiftly and was able to accommodate our precarious situation and schedule. We needed same day movers which is hard to accommodate in this area but the responsiveness was immediate.

Also we had all types of furniture and very heavy items that sustained 0 damage and was moved very efficiently. We have more items to move and will for sure use this team in the future.

Excellent job, in understanding the problem with the shelving and how to fix. While didn’t have the repair parts on hand ran over to Menards picked-up the supplies needed for the repair and completed the job in very timely manner.
