I spoke to Mustafa on the phone about assembling and mounting a murphy bed. We scheduled for 9-9:30 the following day and he gave me a quote. The next morning I asked him to give me his exact eta because I have a wedding to attend today as well. Closer to 9am I called him and asked when he would be here and he hung up on me. I thought we got disconnected so I texted him and he said “I had to update the price for this workmanship.” Which would have been fine if he just said so instead of not showing up and completely blowing me off.
