- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base fee of $120 + $100/ hour. 2 hour minimum. Protective blankets, shrink wrap, and tape included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to collect information. #we need to know pick up and drop off locations ( this determines the base fee) #create a list of items being transported #provide a best estimate of distance from your door to where the trailer should be. #what floor level we coming from and going to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training comes from the everyday life experiences that I have had and learned over the last 8 years of my life. 4 out of which I have had the privilege to work for a professional moving company. It has been a great learning experience handling, disassembling, reassembling, and, transporting; antiques, grand and baby grand pianos, gun safes, a wide variety of furnitures and appliances and from studios, all the way to 5 bedrooms +, to mansions. I owe my education and training to my mentors and senior co workers whom all have 15+ years of experience under their belts.
