I have been strength training for three years with The Perfect Workout! I love having my own personal trainer with me thru the entire workout. I couldn’t push myself without them! The facility is always clean, and I love that I have the same reoccurring appointment time each week. I never have to worry about crowded gyms, dirty equipment or people standing around texting holding up the machines. The Perfect Workout is the safest workout I’ve ever done. I've done all kinds of workouts and worked with personal trainers in the past, but nothing compares to The Perfect Workout! I started feeling stronger and seeing more muscle definition after only a few weeks of training with them. I've been doing the workout for about a year and a half, and I'm in the best shape of my life! I love that it's only 20 minutes twice a week, too. I have been doing slow motion strength training for the past 3 1/2 years. This was a game changer, after losing over 100lbs I was left with a lot of sag and no butt. The Perfect Workout completely changed that for me and helped tone me up! Not to mention I get to work with a lot of awesome trainers and they all teach me something new! The Perfect Workout really is perfect! I love that it is only 20 minutes and you get results fast. I've always struggled with weight training on my own and the trainers at the Perfect Workout really help with posture, positioning and of course pushing you through the 2 minute intervals. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in weight training with results weekly. Give it a shot! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are currently offering a 3 for $75 ($25 each session) special with no obligation. If you are interested in training further with us our 1-1 packages vary depending on the length (3-12months), frequency (1-2 times per week), and region. Depending on the package, price per session/workout ranges from $47-$85 with several options in between. A prewritten text and email with studio-specific detailed pricing breakdown is sent before your Introductory Session to review in advance so you can walk into your 1-hour Introductory Session workout with a plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Your Introductory Session includes an hour of 1 on 1 instruction with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. We use Nautilus machines calibrated for Slow-Motion in a private, clinically controlled environment, to help you stayed focused and safe during your workout. Your personal trainer will customize a workout for you based on your health history and fitness goals. During your workout, your trainer will set your machines, track your weights and times using a tablet. Then refer to your progress charts to adjust your next workout and keep you accountable. We offer complimentary nutrition coaching and generous rescheduling policy, plus when you travel you can workout at any of our 60+ locations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our trainers complete an extensive Slow Motion High-Intensity Strength Training Certification program that includes 5 written test, 3 practical exams, and several hours of in location, hands-on studying. All trainers maintain a current CPR/AED Certification by the American AED CPR Association.
