- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for choosing me as your travel agent. I strive to provide you with the best travel deals and experiences possible. Please be advised of the following: 1. Discounts and Promotions: I work with a variety of vendors and service providers to secure discounts and special offers for my clients. However, these discounts and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. I cannot guarantee the availability of specific deals at the time of booking. 2. Travel Agent Fees: I charge fees for my services, which may include trip planning, booking, and support. These fees are separate from the cost of travel services and are non-refundable. The amount of the fees will be communicated to you before any booking is finalized. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you a Travel Inquiry Form that asks some basic questions, but allows you to elaborate at the end. The more specific the answers are on the form, the easier it is for me to help get you a quote that meets your wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through Outside Agents. I have training through various programs an am a graduate of Disney, Wyndam, Hilton, Hyatt, Hawaii, and many others. I am also NCLIA certified ( I am a card-carrying member).
