What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that I charge a consultation fee of $10/hour, which includes a personalized quote lookup and customized PDF itinerary. This fee can be paid either after the consultation or after you have booked your trip. I offer convenient and secure electronic payment options through Venmo or TipJar to make the payment process as easy as possible for you. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you a Travel Inquiry Form that asks some basic questions, but allows you to elaborate at the end. The more specific the answers are on the form, the easier it is for me to help get you a quote that meets your wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through Archer Travel and Evolution Travel. I have training through various programs an am a graduate of Disney, Wyndam, Hilton, Hyatt, Hawaii, and many others. I am also NCLIA certified ( I am a card-carrying member).
