- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always are learning new phones and staying up-to-date with our training material. We purchase all of the new manuals that are available as soon as they are verified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From a very early age, I've been interested in electronics and fixing computers. Do you remember Windows 3.1? Odds are you don't but needless to say I've been fixing them since that operating system was still around!
