- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When talking about pricing, I do not only focus on the labor aspect of the job. Many factors contribute to the pricing, such as the type and quality of the paint, materials, quality of the job, and even labor if the client wants the professional to move any furniture.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before even using a drop of paint, I first present myself to the client and proceed to speak about the details regarding the project, color of the paint, whether the paint will be provided or not, the hours that I will be available to work on the project, and many other details will be discussed before even starting the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I previously worked for another company for four years before starting my own business, which I have worked on for 2 years now.
