He and his team did a fantastic job explaining the contract details and delivered outstanding results with the power washing and painting of my deck. It looks amazing—so much so that it makes the neighboring decks look like they’re overdue for the same treatment!

We had a large deck that needed repair and painting. Clyde came out promptly, provided a reasonable quote, and was willing to include a few other household items at a fair price. Throughout the entire project, he was communicative and professional. When it came to repairs, Clyde was upfront about the fact that he’s not a carpenter, but he did what he could to address the issues. His real strength is in painting—the deck looks fantastic now! Clyde and his team from CWN did an excellent job painting complete interior of our home (Ashwood Park, Naperville IL )and garage along with epoxy in all 3 garages. CWN team was very professional and responsive to all our requests and very respectful. Throughout the project CWN team was open to changes and adjustments. Thank you for excellent job CWN team.

1. Collect project scope and information 2. Schedule a complimentary on-site estimate 3. Email a formal proposal/estimate for the project 4. Follow-up on the proposal to see if the customer has any questions 5. Close on project and schedule a project start date 6. Follow up with the customer after the project is completed to do a final walk through 7. Provide touch-up services as per customer request 8. Follow up with customer in a year to see how they are liking their completed painting work and if they need any other work to be completed.
