We’re a small, 3-person team with 6 years of experience in local moving, furniture moving, heavy lifting, and junk removal. We’re available early in the morning, late into the night, and can often accommodate SAME-DAY requests. Our clients provide the truck, and we handle the loading, unloading, and heavy lifting with care and efficiency. We work hard to be flexible and make your move or cleanout as smooth and stress-free as possible. Unexpectedly, at the very last minute, I needed to hire help to move the last of the boxes and bins from my basement to a storage unit 20 miles away. I contacted several moving companies, but everyone was booked. Sebastian, from Anchor Movers, had immediately responded. The estimate quoted was fair and Sebastian didn't take advantage of my urgency. The catch was Anchor Movers would do the heavy lifting and moving, but I had to hire my own truck. I was initially wary of doing this, I'd never driven a U-Haul truck before. However, after briefly talking with Sebastian, I hired him and Julian for this move. I am so glad I did! Besides their professionalism...and their humor, which given my circumstances was much appreciated, they were fast, very fast, but still took care with my items, along with walls, flooring, trim, etc. during the move. I was amazed at how much they could lift at one time!

A week earlier I had a different moving company do an initial move of my furniture and other items I wanted moved to my new home. I was very unhappy with their attitude and lack of care taken with my items and the areas they moved them from. I wish I had found Anchor Movers for my initial move, even though I had to hire my own truck, which turned out not to be a big deal.

Sebastian and Julian with Anchor Movers are great guys. Hiring them for moving your items, whether within the house or garage, or to another location, you will be glad you did! Thanks Sebastian and Julian!!!

Sebastian and his employee did an absolute amazing job helping us move. We had to load a truck from 2 different homes and they didnt complain at all. they completed the job as quick as they could and did an amazing job! took care with all the furniture. very efficient and great value for all the hard work they put in. would hire again 1000%
