- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many variables to consider based on travel and frequency. I feel that there are many ways to help people get fit without breaking the bank based on individual need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet to find compatibility while discussing current status, goals, nutrition, availability and any other issues that come to light. I don't charge for this and never assume I'm hired until potential client says "when can we start?"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the certifications in my profile, I attend at least 1-2 fitness conferences a year to stay current in the industry.
