I am a scientifically based, results driven trainer based in Aurora, IL (Servicing the Greater Chicagoland Area), and am very passionate about helping others realize their potential.
My name is Cierra and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and CPR/AED certified. I also have a B.S in Biology and Chemistry from Tennessee State University and a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from University of Illinois. I have been training other men and women for 3 years now--along with my personal fitness journey. I have experience coaching clients through weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance, and performance enhancement.

Cierra is one of the best trainers I have had, she pays attention to how your body moves and can tell when something is off and will change the plan based on that. She is very attentive, but she will push you to your limits. I have seen the best results with her so far and im so excited to continue with her. Working out with her is actually fun and her energy is refreshing. I've recommended my friends and family to train with her. The time goes by fast during training but we get alot done and I am so sore every time!
