- Full-service real estate listing agent. Expect more support, guidance, marketing and responsiveness than 'discount' brokerages. - Tenacious buyer's agent who listens carefully to your needs in order to optimize your search time and simplifies the process for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each agency agreement, whether with a seller or a buyer is completely fiduciary, meaning my commitment is solely to you regardless of how commissions are paid. As a practice, I do not engage in 'dual agency' representations. Under very particular circumstances, it can be accommodated but only if authorized by both parties in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully marketed and closed thousands of homes in the state of Illinois. I have experience in municipal planning/zoning, real estate broker training/coaching, appraisal review and corporate process-improvement management strategies. The outcome is a more fully-informed process for you, my customer, with attention to detail and with your priorities at the forefront every step of the way.
