Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the installation. The front door looks great, and the workmanship was solid. However, I was disappointed that the initial measurements were incorrect, which resulted in an additional charge for a custom-sized door. Since the measurements were taken by the installer, I don’t believe that extra cost should have been passed on to me as the customer. While the finished product is well done, I hope more attention is given to accurate measurements in the future to prevent other customers from facing unexpected expenses.
