- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An intake and exam is performed on every new patient in my office for the purpose of understanding his/her overall health concerns. Because the intake and exam can vary in complexity, the initial consult and exam can range from $ 40 to $ 90. Treatment ranges anywhere from $15 to $175.00 per visit, depending on the treatment. Treatment is catered to each patient's presentation and health history.

A complete and thorough intake and examination is performed prior to any rendered treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned a number of degrees as well as certifications throughout my professional career. I have earned my doctor of chiropractic degree (DC) from National University of Health Sciences (2002); degree in Master's of Science in Advance Clinical Practice (MSACP) from National University of Health Sciences (2013); Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Sciences from Benedictine University (BS) with a Spanish Minor (1996); Certification in Acupuncture (2001); Certification in International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (2004); Certificate in Facial Rejuvenation (Cosmetic Acupuncture) (2015); Certification in Kinesiotaping I, II, III (2011); Certification in McKenzie Technique for low back (2015); Medical Examiner for the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's National Registry of Certified) (2014); Manipulation Under Anesthesia (2007). I continue my education in my special interests which include acupuncture, rehab, and nutrition and functional medicine. I am an Illinois licensed chiropractic physician since 2002. Finally, I am an assistant professor and attending clinician for the chiropractic clinic at the National University of Health Sciences where I supervise and guide my interns during their clinical internship.
