- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size and details of the project. Each job is evaluated and priced individually. We are flexible with pricing, and we are willing to work with the customers in this matter. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule and in-house, free estimation 2. Colibri will leave a folder that includes our license and insurance information, welcome letter, as well as estimation information with price and initial scope of work 3. After the initial walk thru, we will answer any questions that the customer might have. 4. We will follow up with the customer after 24 hours to see if he made a decision regarding the project. If Colibri was hired, we will sign the official contract and schedule the start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides many years of industry experience, we pride ourselves in being certified windows installers for Home Depot. We are also EPA certified.
