The company was very responsive in terms of how quickly I needed the carpet installation, however given the premium price I paid for this installation over the competitors I did expect that the carpet would be disposed of. Instead I was told this was not a part of the work and would be an additional fee. The carpet was left outside of my garage with no way to dispose. I would have considers others who quoted a much lower price and included the carpet disposal if this was clear.

The price and quality was excellent. We will defiantly use them again. We had a very difficult basement project with a lot of seams because of posts. In the end none are visible.
