- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic handyman services are priced by the hour. Any services that take less than or up to one hour will be billed at $69 total. Any work over one hour is billed @ $49 per hour, rounded up to the nearest hour. e.g....... 40 minutes of work is $69 and 2 hours and 22 minutes would be $147. All remodels and larger projects are bid by the job. Free in-home, no obligation evaluations provided for all jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional roofer in both Illinois and Missouri, I was a licensed contractor for soffit, siding, and fascia. I also have installation training for bathroom remodels and shower kits. I was also trained and licensed for asbestos abatement and removal at one point. This is an area I do not practice anymore
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the construction trade at 17 years old doing hydro-demolition and Roofing for a residential company. I went from there into a union roofing company doing commercial properties in St Louis. I ended up having back surgery that put me out of the heavy trade for a long time and I used my business studies to further my career in multi-unit management. most everything I do outside of those fields have been self-taught over many years of trade work.
