I have been working with Julie since February; and my life is forever changed. I have to be honest I never thought I would look forward to working out but Julie is always changing up our workouts and challenging our group. No matter what your fitness and health goal; you can benefit from meeting and working with Julie. She is not only my trainer but has become a true friend. She is very dedicated and passionate about helping others change their lives.
I've been working with Vince for a few weeks now and I have to say that I am loving it! He is helping me nurse a previous back injury back to health while still challenging my muscle strength and stimulating muscle growth. He is very personable and attentive. There are certainly personal trainers who only show up, train you, and leave but that is not Vince! He always happily answers my texts and keeps communication open between sessions. Looking forward to seeing my results as the next few months progress and we keep working together.
Signing up to work with Theresa has been the best decision we could have made. She has done an exceptional job of choosing an exercise program that fits our needs and takes into consideration our physical limitations. My husband and I have been Eric's clients for 15 years...3 to 4 days every week! We want to remain active with good balance, posture, strength and endurance. Eric's discipline and dedication to our changing needs has enabled us to be more active than we were 15 years ago. We are now 65 and 67 years old and don't want to loose our momentum, so we will continue with Eric. Having a trainer has been one of the best investments we have done for our health. In the past, we had a few different gym memberships and tried to stay disciplined ourselves but it was a waste of money for us. Our sessions with Eric are productive and worth every penny!
Summer and Aaron both not only pay attention to your strength, they help you out with overall health and wellness! I have been going to Summer for 3 months now and have seen loss of flab and and HUGE increase in muscle definition and overall strength. I also love that it is more of a one on one session so Summer can and will pay attention to your form make sure you won't damage your body. I trained with Adam twice a week for about a year and lost almost 100 lbs. and 10 dress sizes. In addition, Adam emailed me weekly 5 workouts I did on my own time. These were results I had never thought I'd achieve. Adam's motivation and care are what helped me stay committed. He has an energy about everything he does that helps you succeed. He's an awesome coach. I've learned more about exercise and nutrition in my time with Adam than I ever learned on my own or with any other trainer. My success is because of his motivation and coaching. He couldn't do the work for me, but with his encouragement, my weight loss was attainable. My only reason for not still being with Adam is I moved out of state or I would still be a client of Adam's.
I returned back to the gym in February after disappearing from it for two year (work related injury, not an excuse however the truth). I ballooned to 263lbs, my health was declining, and I was on the brink of having to start a new wardrobe due to my size. I had to change my habits. I met with a bunch of personal trainers at different gyms and none really stood out. Yes it sounds like a fantasy but the last one I met was Joe. Joe had the personality that would push me to excel. I can't say it was one specific thing that stood out about Joe, however the gut feeling in combination with first impressions I had to go with it. Joe knew what he was talking about. He broke his plan and the process down to my level, a person who works out but didn't totally understand all intricate parts of what fitness, nutrition, and a healthy life style can accomplish. Over the next two months I would partake in two different meal plans and asix day a week work out regiment. Today I weighed in at 227lbs. Yes working out and wanting to change falls on each individual, however if it wasn't for Joe's background, knowledge, and expertise in nutrition, muscle development, and his passion to see his clients meet and exceed their goals I wouldn't have seen the results I have already. Joe developed workout and meal plans that met my ever changing 24hr on call schedule. He provided me multiple avenues to contact him if I had questions on a workout or need to develop a supplemental meal on the fly. Joe will push you to meet and surpass your goals. I hired Javier to help me lose weight and reduce body fat. After meeting with him I decided to utilize his nutrition and health coaching services. He reviewed my current nutritional habits and made recommendations on how I could improve. We made gradual changes to my diet and within a very short amount of time I began seeing results. I have been working with Susan for several months now. The workouts are different every time so she keeps it interesting and mixes it up so your body keeps guessing. She is very professional and on time every morning, even though we work out at 6AM. She is motivating and getting me back on track not only with my workouts but also with my nutrition. I started working with Matt Weiss in October of 2014. He gave me a great workout plan and we followed IIFYM. During that time Matt was more attentive than any coach I had previously and charged me a great rate. Prophetess Red Hawk, is a remarkable lady. The range of services she can provide is amazing. What she offers can only be described as heavenly counselling. She somehow knows exactly what is needed for her clients, she doesn't faff around & she doesn't hold back in telling what needs to be done in order for you to feel better about yourself, the situation you're in or to achieve your goal. The Prophetess, has helped me with various life & love situations. All of which have been helpful. The one that stands out the most was when I was struggling to leave a partner who wasn't right for me. Red Hawk provided me with the tools to so & my life has changed for the better. I am getting all individualized nutrition coaching and starting my fat loss program right away! Seth was an amazing educator and motivator to get my goals on track for MY LIFE! I was a little skeptical of hiring a nutrition coach instead of a dietitian or something, but I have been shocked to hear that those credentials come at the price of being stuck with strict USDA guidelines.
