On 1/12/2025, I reached out to Shawn for professional assistance with my taxes (business and personal). She did an astronomical job with providing the assistance. She educated me on the ins and out of the system and even corrected me on what I presumed of what I knew about the IRS. As a NAVET, Fmr. Federal Agent, and Entrepreneur, she guided me the correct way and not the backdoor bs that most Preparers will take to get your money and put you in a debt with the IRS.
