- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important to us that we have transparent pricing for all clients. We also offer per image pricing so if someone wants to order one or all their images, they can. We want everyone to have a great experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to get to know you so we can see if our work is a good fit. Then once booked all clients receive a prep guide for their session, a questionnaire to find out more about your style. You receive a checklist before your session as well to make sure you feel prepared.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We feel it's important to continually educate ourselves in new practices, techniques and processes. We are members of the Professional Photographers of America, offer mentoring and courses to other photographers, and participant in Portrait Masters awards yearly to build our skill and knowledge.
