- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job I do is a full service inspection in conjunction with a property sale. Some are pre-sale inspections from seller's ensuring they don't have any surprises in the sale process. Most are pre-purchase inspections from buyers making sure they don't have any buyer's remorse.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice when hiring anyone is do your research, even in regards to referrals. Make sure they are not only competent in their knowledge but, that they can pass that knowledge on to you in a way that you understand it. Finally, make sure they will answer your questions even after the inspection.
