What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $50 call out fee for measurments that is credited on the final invoice post installation. We also offer a $100 discount if you allow us to schedule your installation on any day the week after the measurement with 3 day notice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for photos of the work space with rough approximate dimensions of the glass area, hardware, and what type of glass and thickness you want. We will give you a rough quote and if the price seems reasonable to you we will come out and measure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple partners in the business that have each 5-6 years of experience in the business, specifically at the warehouse and on the installations.
