- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on not only my time and extensive experience but also the materials I use and have to replenish after each job. I also try to be very fair with my pricing because we’re all people just trying to get through the day. I’m never going to recklessly overprice a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to arrive at the location and if the customer is ready, I’m happy to jump right in and get started. I will gladly do as I’m asked but I’m also very happy to discuss options, problem solve and help design the space to look flawless.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Art Institute of Chicago and I am an artist, so I have an extensive background in hanging fine art and have being doing it professionally for over 30 years.
