- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide 3D concept renderings of proposals to better communicate to the client whats feasible and establish goals. Also, I get pretty hands on with interior renovation of residential spaces, building framework, selecting materials, etc. Where commercial projects with an emphasis on cost management are regarded , I work with contractors to bring value engineering into the process sooner which saves time and money in the long run.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It helps to know what you want and don't want in your project. Its your money and you're the boss. That said, if you hire a professional that you trust enough to partner with, then trust the process and you can have a mutually beneficial relationship that you can call on for years.
