Donald has done several functions for our family. his BBQ is always great, and has always been ready when he says it will. at our wedding reception he got a standing ovation for his pulled pork, no one went away hungry that's for sure! Thumbs up for "Big Dons custom que"

I have eaten Donald food many times and have been satisfied each time. He has cooked for large crowds and small family dinners. Always get many compliments. He is able to adjust to other peoples taste. He can cook mild flavored as well as spicy at the same time. Most of all he enjoys what he is doing.

Don has catered a couple of events for us, including my daughter's graduation party. Great service, great food. People really complimented the chicken, but the pulled pork was my favorite.
