Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. • Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your event date and cover planning and preparation costs. By booking services, you agree to this cancellation policy.
