FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can set up 1-2 tables with a themed cloth to match your event. It depends whether tip jars are allowed and location. A longer event is better, too and time of day is a factor as well. I'm always open to negotiation on a quoted price. I'm looking to add lots of jobs to my profile and am working for below what I would like to to earn your great reviews!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love introducing myself, asking about their event & walking through their needs so I'm prepared for everything. Then I'll confirm arrival time and address and touch base before the event to find out if anything has changed since the last time we talked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed certification in 2002 at the Professional Bartending School in downtown Chicago and have been working ever since. I love working through Thumbtack.com to meet new people and hone my craft. I've worked lots of private events in homes and other locations as well as inside Wrigley Field (fundraising), but that required taking a class on service and standards of cleanliness to ensure everyone was healthy, a Cubs Rooftop (Skybox on Sheffield), a Lincoln Park nightclub (The Apartment), Wendella boats (catered cruises and serving the general public) and many private fundraisers.
