My prices are very reasonable for the amount of time & planning, quality of food ingredients, and overall work craftsmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the type of food service they need. Ask what kind of food items they are looking for. Is there a budget or price point they are looking for. How many people are they expecting to cater. What is the date, time, and further details, allergies, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in hotels, country clubs, restaurants. I have spent years learning a wide variety of foods & cuisines. I have earned an Associates and Bachelors in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
