Plae catered our wedding in June and Christy was our wedding coordinator as well and we are so happy that we went with Plae and Christy for our wedding! The food was fantastic! We got so many compliments throughout the night and afterwards on how great the food was. We went with the Mexican taco buffet as well as Mexican style appetizers. Christy was wonderful about working within our budget and was very receptive and creative in how we could meet our dining needs on budget. We also hired Christy to be our coordinator for the wedding which included brainstorming planning ideas, clean up, and tear down after the wedding. Christy had great ideas that helped save us a lot of money regarding transportation, hair/makeup, centerpieces, etc. She charged a small fee for this which is MUCH lower than other coordinators and well worth it! The entire reception ran very smoothly thanks to Christy. She worked with our DJ and photographer to make sure the evening was well orchestrated and everyone knew where they had to be and when. She assembled and organized our entire venue with the items I gave her. I gave her creative freedom with extra decorations I had and I'm very glad I did. From top to bottom, Plae is a great company, well-run, and very easy to work with. Christy was very accessible and willing to put in a lot of time and effort to ensure things went according to what we wanted. I would highly recommend Plae for any future catering events.

Christy was amazing! She came early to set everything up. We hired her for food, drinks, entertainment, and table/chair rental. Her entire staff was polite, friendly, and made our guests feel very welcome. She had so many ideas (more than I could go with) to make our daughter's first birthday party so special. All of our guests had fun and raved about the food. We will definitely hire her again for future events.

I can't tell you how amazing this was. I was a little nervous because I knew nothing about this company. We spoke a few days before the event. It's a little nerve wracking on the day because you're hoping all goes well. They showed up on time. The display and food was fantastic. There wasn't one person that didn't comment to me about how great the food was. They totally made my party. I can't thank them enough.

We couldn't have asked for a better party thanks to Christy and her crew! We hired her about 8 days before the party and never tried the food ahead of time but it was great and everyone raved about it! Christy thought of everything and we would highly recommend her.
