We called for a second opinion because we just bought our house and wanted to make sure our unit was in good working order. The first company we called out told us our unit wouldn’t make it through the winter and told us we would need both furnaces replaced to the tune of 5,000.00 Since the quote was well above the average of replacing the furnace we called AAdair for a second opinion. To which we were told that our furnace isn’t very old and that it just needs some maintenance. He even took a look at our garage heater and fixed it on the spot. We will definitely be sticking with him for any future needs

Our prices are competitive with the HVAC industry in our service area. We will meet competitors quote for like equipment and installation requirements. Only after a review of your specific installation conditions can an accurate quote be developed. We offer a discount for cash-type payments; checks, Zelle, bank transfers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a no cost evaluation of your current equipment, calculate replacement requirements, identify installation specific conditions, and develop a custom quote for your home. Investing the time up-front eliminates complications at installation time and ensures we have all ancillary items for an efficient process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The previous owner of AAdair Heating & Air, who has 30+ years of experience, personally trained me on the operation of the business. I also completed online classes in HVAC equipment and met EPA certification requirements for handling refrigerants, ensuring respect for the environment.
