- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work within your budget and only take payment AFTER you are happy with my services. If you need assistance please let me know, we can discuss payment plans. Please reach out for more info on pricing. Thanks!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask my clients what their goals are and the behaviors they need adjusted for their pups. If they do not see results with my training, I refund their money. My goal is to help you and your dog have a better life together! :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always fearful of dogs growing up. I was bitten at a young age and it left me traumatized. Ever since then I have avoided dogs for years and lost out on so many experiences. I never believed that I would ever get over it and love dogs again. Until the day Sedona arrived, she changed my life forever. We had a rocky start but she helped me overcome my fear. She was there for me at my lowest as well as my best. She taught me so much about dogs. She was my sister and best friend. Sedona, our beloved Shih Tzu, passed away a few years ago. I promised her that I would help as many animals as I can, until I see her again one day. This is dedicated to her and all the dogs I hope I could help.
