I am not very happy with my services. I want to preface this review by stating I just purchased a 1200 sqft home that had no carpet, appliances, or furniture. Three rooms did not require cleaning of the floor at all due to awaiting the floor company to refinish.
It is unfortunate that only ONE person was sent to do an entire new-home deep clean. She did her best, but it was a lot of work for one person to do. Unfortunately, 5.5 hours later, she was unable to get to everything and meet the standards I’d expected.
There also seemed to be a lack of cleaning equipment. A broom would have been very handy for tasks that a vacuum could not handle. I also did not observe the usage of any steam cleaning equipment whatsoever. I feel the services on the website were falsely advertised in regard to what I received.
