I like to express, that while it’s been difficult for most these days, our primary concerns is the safety of our customers and educating our teams,the importance in following all safety guidelines during this COVID19 pandemic. You’re service was scheduled at 10a, 2men+truck. I want to address that while it took the team 3hrs to load, what isn’t mentioned, the hr spent waiting for a another truck to be moved from your loading dock, which you were fully aware of, that also cut into your time for elevator access. Typically, a one bdrm can take 3-4hrs to complete, mostly dependent on the easy access for route, within the Bldg, amount of space on service elevator. The service elevator was a small 5x5x10. You were quoted, $325-3hr minimum/exceeding $100/hr. You’re final balance for 5hr service was $525, however you only paid $420, and refused to pay the remainder of balance. And while it appears the one team member was waiting for instructions, it’s only fair to say that a lead team member is there to instruct. Otherwise and more importantly, that no items was damaged. I believe our team, completed the task in a timely fashion. We acknowledge you weren’t completely satisfied, yet we would hope you reconsider your views and recommend our service in any near future project.
