Special O’ Cajun absolutely showed OUT for our event. The food was incredible — authentic Cajun and Southern flavor in every bite. We still have leftovers and even after freezing and reheating, the food is still amazing, which says a lot. Beyond the food, the staff was professional, warm, and felt like family by the end of the event. We’ve basically adopted them at this point. If you want real Cajun fare and good Southern food done right, book them. You will not be disappointed.

Dante's O Cajun catering was a very enjoyable, lunch/dinner 4th of July Holiday experience. He was extremely professional, brought his own bag of gloves, stove cleaning brush, spices, groceries, cleaner, foil, etc, he was very punctual arrived at 730 am despite traveling from boilingbrrok. He was in by 730 am out by 1130 am my whole 4th of July meal barbecued and tasty side dishes prepared. He cleaned up thoroughly, dumped trash, cleaned stove and dishes. I would definitely hire his services again. A very pleasant and tasty experience. Thank you Dante!
