FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on program enrollment, not individual sessions. The listed $65 price is for the initial assessment only. This session determines fit and eligibility for the 16-week system. I don’t offer drop-in sessions, or open-ended weekly training. All services operate inside a defined structure with clear start and end points. This ensures consistent results and prevents guesswork or dependency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client starts with a structured assessment. I evaluate movement quality, posture, breathing, strength baselines, health history, and lifestyle constraints before discussing programs or pricing. This removes guesswork and ensures the plan is built for the individual and not from templates. If the system isn’t a fit, I’m upfront about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold four certifications from accredited institutions: NASM ACE FMS FMT Beyond certifications, I’ve spent over five years working hands-on with clients, learning how real bodies respond to training, stress, and recovery. That experience is what shapes my system-based approach.
