My in law's are preparing to downsize. We hired Motion Transports to move an antique dinnette set, grandfather clock and chest freezer from my in law's to our house and move things around for them. Roy and Steve were the guys doing the moving and they were great and very professional. They wrapped and loaded all of the furniture with great care. Once they were done loading the stuff that went to our house, they helped my in law's move a couch up from the basement and rearrange the furniture on the main floor. Once they arrived to our home with the furniture, they were patient with us while we got everything exactly where we wanted it to be.

The 3 gentlemen were exceptionally professional and skilled in handling all my furniture with care. Before the move even started, they were responsive and easy to deal with online when booking their services. In moving day, they were on time, worked diligently, and even went above and beyond in helping one of us put a piece of heavy furniture in our car that was being sold. They did this without being asked. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the gentlemen who represent it. They will be highly recommended to my friends who are moving soon.

These guys are the best. They are professional, courteous, and they get the job done right. They moved our entire house with out any dents, dings or damage to any of our furniture. They knew how to maximize the space in their truck and get the job done efficiently with no wasted time. I will definitely hire them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced for the service we provide but every move or delivery is a little different so we keep that in mind when our pricing needs to be adjusted whether it's up or down in cost. Are plan is to never leave a customer feeling over billed. So that they will return and refer friends and family knowing that the service was above par and the price was very reasonable
