After 20 years of delivering furniture and appliances for most of the big retailers in the area I have decided to start something of my own. Motion Transports small moves and deliveries. With a customer first attitude with the thoughts of maintaining a relationship with our customers.

Motion Transports did an excellent job helping us with our move. Their communication was perfect from the first second, and they made themselves available when we needed them with little notice. They arrived with a great truck, professional equipment, and big muscles. They clearly had a lot of experience moving furniture and were careful with each item as to not damage the furniture item or the walls. They also had any necessary tool that might be needed to assemble or to disassemble furniture, remove doors etc. They were extremely professional and friendly. I would be very happy to use their service again in the future. The value was also excellent. We could not have been more pleased and relieved after weeks of working by ourselves. A++++++

Needed 5 heavy items to be moved to my daughters and requested quotes through Thumbtack. Received 3 of them back and chose Motion Transports for their price and availability. Roy and his helper showed up on time, took great care of my items, transported them up to my daughter, moved them all in safely to their new home! Would definitely use Motion Transports again!

We only had a small amount of furniture to move but Roy and his crew did a great job. They were careful to protect the furniture as well as the walls and door. They were prompt about arrival and efficient about getting everything loaded and delivered. Roy did a great job of responding immediately. I would definitely call them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced for the service we provide but every move or delivery is a little different so we keep that in mind when our pricing needs to be adjusted whether it's up or down in cost. Are plan is to never leave a customer feeling over billed. So that they will return and refer friends and family knowing that the service was above par and the price was very reasonable
