Sandy and his son Butch did a fantastic job repairing and replacing facia that was blown away in the wind. He replaced about 50 feet of facia attached to a gable for a fair price. He was punctual, responsive and professional. He also answered a great number of inquiries for potential projects that I had and is more than willing to work with me to make it happen. Thank you, gentlemen.

I contacted Sandy at Payless Roofing to fix our soffit where a raccoon got into our attic. His estimate was better than other companies. He completed the work with his crew quickly. They even sprayed raccoon repellent in the soffits and gutters for me. Everything looks brand new and we are very happy with the finished job.

Sandy came out and conducted an inspection of my roof. Sandy took pics of concerning areas of my roof and advised me that he could complete repairs the same day. After the work was completed, Sandy sent me pictures of everything he worked on. I only reached out to Payless Roofing due to me just closing and just wanting to get the work completed this weekend. Sandy provided a fair rate and vet effective communication.
