Had wind damage that pulled loose a soffit/fascia section near the eave and we needed it secured quickly. They showed up on time, explained what was going on, reattached everything cleanly, and made sure the area was protected so water couldn’t get in. Work looks great from the ground, and they were professional and easy to work with. Would absolutely hire again.

We had a leak in the roof that was discovered when the light shorted out in the bedroom; Sandy came out to evaluate and provided an estimate the same day we contacted him. We only needed a patch replaced, and Sandy didn't try to convince us to expand the scope of the project, although he did his due diligence to ensure that was the only place water was getting in. Work started and was completed the next day. Sandy was thorough, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced; even more important, my wife said he was kind and she appreciated that he reminded her to lock the back door when he was leaving to ensure her safety. This was the whole package, professional service that was prompt, ethical and exactly what was quoted.

Sandy was super responsive and a great communicator. He came out to assess the job on the same day I submitted the request to Thumbtack. Sandy then did the work the very next day. Payless Roofing was the 1st to respond to my request for an estimate and was able to provide me with an estimate a immediately based on the photos I sent him.
