Payless Roofing was the 1st to respond to my request for an estimate and was able to provide me with an estimate a immediately based on the photos I sent him. After signing the contract, they were able to come out and within 2 days. They were great to work with. Very professional to work with and very responsive to my questions. Great to work with.

We had a leak in the roof that was discovered when the light shorted out in the bedroom; Sandy came out to evaluate and provided an estimate the same day we contacted him. We only needed a patch replaced, and Sandy didn't try to convince us to expand the scope of the project, although he did his due diligence to ensure that was the only place water was getting in. Work started and was completed the next day. Sandy was thorough, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced; even more important, my wife said he was kind and she appreciated that he reminded her to lock the back door when he was leaving to ensure her safety. This was the whole package, professional service that was prompt, ethical and exactly what was quoted.

Sandy and his son Butch did a fantastic job repairing and replacing facia that was blown away in the wind. He replaced about 50 feet of facia attached to a gable for a fair price. He was punctual, responsive and professional. He also answered a great number of inquiries for potential projects that I had and is more than willing to work with me to make it happen. I contacted Sandy at Payless Roofing to fix our soffit where a raccoon got into our attic. His estimate was better than other companies. He completed the work with his crew quickly. They even sprayed raccoon repellent in the soffits and gutters for me. Everything looks brand new and we are very happy with the finished job.
