- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start out by working out any details and preparing a quote. We then come by and take measurements, if need to. We then give a customer a quote, and if they are willing to continue, we agree on a timeframe and begin the work. If we deliver any material, we usually do that in first couple days, and after job is completed, we make sure that customer is happy and satisfied with everything.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is there any demolition to be done by us? If you have picked the tile, what is the size and type you picked? Is there any area, that needs waterproofing applied? Would you like to seal your tile? If possible, please send a couple of pictures, to better understand your project.
