I love Tara’s mindful approach to yoga! I have taken private lessons with her for the past 10 years. She effortlessly weaves breath and body awareness which helps me to focus in our sessions and relax! I’m a type A personality, and her mindful approach and teaching style has made a huge difference in my life. I have so much more awareness of my breath, posture, and state of mind during the day, and as a result I feel more grounded and connected to myself, which are priceless gifts in my opinion! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
